So you can plan out your week, to restrict some days of you want to over eat at the weekend. Don't fall into the trap of eating fine for the week and then binging at the weekend, over consuming calories and wondering why you're not losing weight. 

Ot might take a little getting used to but when you get a grasp of calories, you can streamline your eating and not even worry about these things. It all just balances out.
