If you're ever in doubt, move your body. 

Too often we sit, we drive, we pay idle. Our body was certainly made for moving. Our joints were developed to be moved in so many different directions. When we stop moving, we start losing. 

Ive out together a simple mobility video that goes through bodily movements in less than 5 minutes. Practice this daily and  Join the January mobility challenge.

Movement and mobility can help you stay pain free and flexible. Build it into your daily routine or add it to your weekly strength training to increase your progress. It has done wonders for me and kept my shoulder injury at Bay.
