Move it or Lose it 12/365

The old saying is as true today as it was yesterday. If you don't move it you lose it. Movement is the key for any pain relief, for and niggling injury for any reason you're not getting full execution on an exercise. 

I normally do something like this video everyday just because my body feels it needs to move in those directions. 

We focus a lot on muscles but maybe we should focus more on the joints that house the bones, which are moved by Muscles, Ligaments and Tendons.

Getting the joints in order will sort out many restrictions and reoccurring injuries.
