Galway, Ireland

With a sporty background, Louise has overcome many challenges that face females, be it injury, anxiety or overweight through lack of competiveness, motivation and lifestyle. This has been the driving force in developing the FAB project. A project that not only delivers the steps to achieve the athletic body, but also a program that develops a body that is moving to the best of its ability and powered by a strong mind.

Louise is the founder of the Female Athletic Body project and aims to make everyday females become everyday athletes in their own right.

Louise is a certified Personal Trainer since 2009, adding to that RKC Kettlebells, NMT Physical Therapist, Pilates Teacher, GAA and AFL Player, who has worked and played at national and international level. After working internationally, Louise is now based in Galway. Her approach to fitness and health is not just about the short term benefits. Her philosophy is simple and holistic. Any fitness and health goals must be adaptable and congruent to your lifestyle in order to make them work.
